Consideriamo quanto sia rapido e semplice eseguire le attività definite dalle funzionalità principali tramite lo strumento. Il software con il punteggio più alto è ben progettato, intuitivo da usare, offre app per dispositivi mobili, modelli preimpostati e semplifica anche le attività più complesse.
